Ross Simons is reliable in their quality. Shipping is prompt. Returns on those rare occasions are painless. And the items are pictured realisticly. I have never been led to think that a piece of jewelry was a certain size and then when it arrived I needed a magnifying glass to see it ☺

The jewelry that I received looks very cheap and fake for the amount of money that I paid. The sterling silver necklace looks more white than a "real" sterling silver is supposed to look like. I am not satisfied , as it seems that the items are no more than department store quality!
I loved the look of the jewelry items;however, the 25% off ads are very misleading! I expected that my order would be much less than it was. I'm hoping that the quality of my purchase is worthwhile.
