poor quality productwood used not attractive and poor qualitypoorly constructedoverpriced for what it washowever, that being said, I shall keep it as it does serve the purpose I intended it for and it's more trouble to return it, I just wont be buying anything else from them, I don't think it was good value for the money, it is worth only about half of what I paid for it.I won't be buying anything like that again on-line, the pictures looked far better than the actual product

The cat beds I purchased were not what I expected. I thought they would be 13 inches deep but instead were 13 inches high when they were popped out to make the enclosed cat bed.
I looked at Petco and Petsmart, Foster & Smith, and could not find a bed that was nice and deep like this one is. Very impressed with the price and products.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the product, we started putting it together,and one of the shelves front cover was broken, we had to stop and glue it together before we could finish, which was an overnight drying. The shelve had been glued before shipping because you could see where it was glued, and it has a split in the wood, which is very noticeable. We have not put the other one together at this time.
Online order was simple and easy. The selection was great, I found just whatI was looking for that I could not find in local stores.

Wayfair is ok, but wish their product was made a little sturdier for my daughters cat who is very active, for the price range it will do.
