I have always liked everything I have bought and the couple of things I have had to return was done with no problems. They have beautiful jewelry with reasonable prices and a great monthly plan if needed with no finance charges. How can you beat that !!!

I was very disapointed with the ring I purchased. It looked very cheap for the price. The picture looked much better than the ring. I had waited to buy it for about 9 months and when I finally bought it for my 40th wedding anniversary I was not happy with it at all. I tried to call the company on two different occasions and all I got was recordings and never got to talk to a person. I have returned the ring and paid for the postage and requested a return confirmation and have not received anything back stating someone from the company has received the ring as of 5-19-2012. I really thought the ring would be something I could have cherished for years to come.

I should have known better than to expect the diamonds to actually be able to be seem. The heart shape is pretty,but I'm surmising the picture was photo shopped or enhanced that is posted on the web site because the diamonds are infinitesimal at best!!!

I purchase the product as a mother's day gift. You had a feature in your site that indicated I could get the ring by that day, and I didn't get it until Tuesday of the next week.
