Order placed 5/8/12 and as of this date have not received, this was supposed to be shipped within 3 days. Was ment as a Birthday gift for my Grand Daughter whose Birthday was today May 19. Thanks for nothing.

This is the second time I purchased shirts from Ralph Lauren and everything was great.I plan to use this method to procure more clothing and such in the future.

I have never had to return a Ralph Lauren item; they are always a good fit and high quality for the price. Unfortunately, I am a plus size, and everything in that category runs true to size, is nicely tailored, and makes me feel good wearing it. Thanks for your consideration in my size category.
I am always very pleased with my on-site purchasing experience. The items are top-quality, fit perfectly, shipping is prompt with timely arrival, and items are very well packed. Two arthritic thumbs up.

I ordered satin skirt size 4 on-line and sent back for size 6 exchange. I rec'd email size not available and was credited amount to my checking account. i saw skirt on-line a size 6 called customer service and they said size not available but to call a RL store on the east coast that they had skirt. I called they did not have skirt and I rec'd skirt yesterday.
The "Collection Site" is difficult to obtain prices.
