Great product, great company to deal with.Highly recommended.
Had a little problem getting into the website,but may have been due to updating of microsoft.

I felt that the product was not quality (it was quite thin) and the picture in the ad did not show that. Over-priced for what I received.

Excellent company, products are of excellent quality, excellent service.
I do receive a catalogue. I have purchased a mirror from touch of class before. I have this mirror in my bedroom. Highly pleased with it. The colour also the style and quality. It was a mirror surrounded by coral look made of metal. The colour was a deep dark red. Excellent with the colours I picked for the master bedroom.

I have not received said order to date. So I cannot comment on the product quality. Customer service did contact me three times (one e-mail and 2 phone calls) on a discrepancy regarding zip codes. For some reason your data base would not connect my zip code with my city. I then requested my order to be sent to my brother's home in Lake Oswego, but it has not arrived there yet either.
Shipping charges should be included before you purchase.
